Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb mushroom
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine or 2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice onion and mushrooms. fry in butter.
- 2 crush garlic, and add to pan. stir.
- 3 add sherry and chicken stock.
- 4 bring to boil and simmer about 15-20 minutes.
- 5 taste for seasoning.
- 6 add cream (make sure it doesn't curdle).
- 7 simmer another 10 minutes.
- 8 blend and serve.
