One Dish Chicken & Biscuit Bake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (26 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 325*.
  • 2 place cooked chicken in 9x13 baking pan.
  • 3 combine the soup and water (and sliced mushrooms if desired). mix well and pour over chicken.
  • 4 place uncooked biscuits over chicken mixture. sprinkle with pepper.
  • 5 bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are lightly brown.
