One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 1/4 cups boiling water
• 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
• 4 cups seasoned stuffing mix (1 box )
• 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• paprika
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Recipe

• 1 mix water and margarine. add stuffing. mix lightly.
• 2 spoon stuffing across center of a 3 quart baking dish, leaving space on both sides for the chicken.
• 3 arrange chicken on each side of stuffing. sprinkle paprika over chicken.
• 4 mix soup, milk and parsley. pour over chicken.
• 5 cover and bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
