Ingredients

- 1 lb simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 26 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 400°f.
- 2 in a large mixing bowl, add shredded potato, cream of chicken soup, mozzarella cheese & sour cream.
- 3 mix together until combined.
- 4 lightly grease a large oblong pyrex dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 5 add potato mixture to pyrex dish and evenly flatten with spatula to sides of dish.
- 6 sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on top of potato mixture.
- 7 optional: garnish with paprika & parsley flakes.
- 8 bake in a 400f pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
- 9 allow to cool for 10-15mins before serving.
