Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes and cooked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
- 2 blend in flour, salt and pepper.
- 3 add milk all at once.
- 4 cook quickly, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens and bubbles.
- 5 remove sauce from heat when it bubbles.
- 6 add potatoes to the sauce.
- 7 heat through.
- 8 season to taste.
