Potato Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 4 -5 medium potatoes
- bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel and cube potatoes.
- 2 chop bacon and fry it.
- 3 chop onion and other veggies if desired.
- 4 put potatoes, bacon, onion, & veggies in large pot; cover with water.
- 5 cook until fork tender.
- 6 add butter and milk.
- 7 remove from heat.
- 8 salt and pepper.
- 9 enjoy.
