- 4 medium potatoes, grated
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
Recipe
- 1 mix grated potatoes and diced onions in 2 quart casserole dish.
- 2 heat soup, water, cheese until cheese is melted.
- 3 add mixture to potato and onion, then stir in ranch dressing.
- 4 preheat oven 350. bake 1 hour.
