Ritzy Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup crushed ritz cracker (about 12 crackers)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine the soup, milk, sour cream, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper until blended.
  • 3 stir in the noodles and chicken.
  • 4 transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • 5 combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top.
  • 6 bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
