Ingredients

- 1 lb split peas
- 8 cups water
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 ribs celery, diced
Recipe
- 1 combine split peas with water and bring to a boil.
- 2 simmer for 2 hours on very low.
- 3 once peas are dissolved, add onion, carrot, celery.
- 4 bring to boil again and cook on low for 1-2 hours.
