Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons snipped parsley
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon snipped chives
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 -3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups tomato juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients; place in stainless steel or glass bowl. cover and chill for 4 hours.
