Potato Soup

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes and cooked
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
  • 2 blend in flour, salt and pepper.
  • 3 add milk all at once.
  • 4 cook quickly, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  • 5 remove sauce from heat when it bubbles.
  • 6 add potatoes to the sauce.
  • 7 heat through.
  • 8 season to taste.
