Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups milk
- 3 -4 medium potatoes, in chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine butter, flour, salt and pepper, cook over low heat until smooth.
- 2 add milk, potatoes, onion and celery, cook until potatoes are tender.
- 3 top with grated cheddar cheese and serve.
