peachy ginger soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 1/2 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • puree the peaches and ginger together in a food processor or blender. stir in heavy cream and . chill. serve cold.
