Party Spinach

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) can artichokes, drained and cut into bite sized pieces

Recipe

• 1 cook spinach according to package directions;drain well.
• 2 combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mushroom soup and parmesan cheese.
• 3 add mixture to spinach.
• 4 fold in artichokes.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
