- 1/2 lb beef tenderloin
- 2 grated ripe tomatoes
- coriander and parsley
- 1 stalk onion
- 1/2 beef stock cube
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- salt
Recipe
- 1 they get to cook all the ingredients except the potatoes, until meat is tender. strain well and add more water. in this broth set to cook potatoes until tender and served hot with the meat cutted into cubes and decorated with chopped coriander.
