Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, with greens
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic, with greens
- 1 dash pepper
- salt
- cilantro
- 2 tablespoons bacos bacon bits
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 -2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 dice up potatoes and boil in water.
- 2 cut up onion, celery, garlic, cilantro and saute in small amount of cooking oil.
- 3 when potatoes become tender, drain most of water and add milk.
- 4 put onion greens, garlic, and oil into potatoes pot.
- 5 add cream cheese, butter, and bacon bits and cook on low for a few minutes.
