Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 10 lbs potatoes, boiled peeled
- 1 lb butter
- 16 ounces bacon, fried and drained
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2/3 cup instant minced onion
- 2/3 gallon milk
- 1/4 cup salt
- 4 tablespoons pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potato's 1 hour 15 minutes.
- 2 while potatoes are cooking, cook bacon until it is cooked completly until very crispy.
- 3 drain bacon and save 2 tablespoons of the grease.
- 4 crumble bacon into small pieces.
- 5 after potatoes are cooked, remove potato skins.
- 6 cut potatoes into pieces.
- 7 add milk.
- 8 add butter.
- 9 add salt.
- 10 add pepper.
- 11 add dried minced onions.
- 12 add crumbled bacon.
- 13 add bacon grease.
- 14 cook over low heat stirring constantly.
