Potato Soup

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 lbs russet potatoes, chunked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 lb ham, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 peel and chunk potatoes; boil in just enough water to cover.
  • 2 add all ingredients except milk; when potates are tender, slightly mash about 1/2 of the potatoes.
  • 3 add milk simmer 20 min.
  • 4 serve with warm buttered bread.
