- 5 lbs russet potatoes, chunked
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 lb ham, cubed
Recipe
- 1 peel and chunk potatoes; boil in just enough water to cover.
- 2 add all ingredients except milk; when potates are tender, slightly mash about 1/2 of the potatoes.
