Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 (2 ounce) envelope country vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup water chestnut, chopped
Recipe
- 1 squeeze moisture from spinach.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- 3 chill several hours before serving.
- 4 serve with crisp vegetables.
