Polish Sorrel Soup

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb sorrel
- 1 onion
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup potato
- 4 hardboiled egg
Recipe
- 1 peel and grate potatoes.
- 2 bring beef broth to a boil.
- 3 add grated potatoes.
- 4 add finely chopped sorrel.
- 5 cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- 6 add the flour to the milk
- 7 pour into the soup.
