Polish Sorrel Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb sorrel
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup potato
  • 4 hardboiled egg

Recipe

  • 1 peel and grate potatoes.
