Quick Chicken And Dumplings

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 heat first amount of milk, peas and carrots, both soups and chicken to a boil in a medium sauce pan, stirring frequently.
  • 2 meanwhile, in a bowl mix bisquick and second amount of milk until a soft dough forms. drop by the spoonful into the chicken mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3 cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes. cover and cook and additional 10 minutes.
