Mexican Potato Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a 5 qt pan.
  • 2 place over medium heat, stirring often, for 15-20 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
