Porcuppine Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 600 g lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon beef stock powder
- 1 egg
- 420 g tomato soup
- 425 g crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons beef stock powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic (in jar)
Recipe
- 1 prehat oven to 190c fan forced.
- 2 in large casserole dish (that has lid) combine all ingredients listed to make sauce.
- 3 pour into casserole dish and leave to one side.
- 4 in a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients listed to make meatballs. using your hands mix together well. shape into 12 round meatballs,
- 5 add to casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
