- 4 -5 large potatoes
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes, if desired.
- 2 cut into 1/2" thick slices.
- 3 melt butter and stir soup mix inches
- 4 layer potatoes in casserole dish and cover each layer with onion butter mixture, ending with butter mix.
- 5 bake covered for 1 hour.
