sour cream broccoli casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken halves - cooked
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs for topping

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

    Ready Time: 1 hr 5 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • combine the soup, water and sour cream. mix together. pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. add the chicken and broccoli and cover top completely with bread crumbs.
  • bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
