Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced about 1/8 inch thick
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and soup in a microwave safe 2 quart casserole dish.
- 2 add in all other ingredients, stirring to coat.
- 3 cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- 4 stir and then microwave for another 12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
