Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced about 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine milk and soup in a microwave safe 2 quart casserole dish.
  • 2 add in all other ingredients, stirring to coat.
  • 3 cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  • 4 stir and then microwave for another 12 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
