- 2 1/2-3 cups sliced peaches, fresh ripe or thawed frozen
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt or 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
