Rice And Chicken Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, rinsed and uncooked
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 combine ingredients in 9x13 baking dish, and top with chicken thighs.
  • 3 cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 4 remove foil and check rice; if dry, sprinkle with water.
  • 5 bake 15 more minutes.
