Rice And Chicken Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups rice, rinsed and uncooked
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine ingredients in 9x13 baking dish, and top with chicken thighs.
- 3 cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- 4 remove foil and check rice; if dry, sprinkle with water.
- 5 bake 15 more minutes.
