- 3 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups cucumbers, peeled seeded and finely grated
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 tablespoon minced dill
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 thin slices cucumbers
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except cucumber slices in mixing bowl; chill.
- 2 top each serving with cucumber slice.
