Onion Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 4 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of onion soup
  • 2 7/8 ounces french-fried onions, crushed with 2 tablespoons reserved

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350. grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. mix all ingredients except reserved onions; beat vigorously 30 seconds. spread into casserole. sprinkle with reserved onions; press lightly into dough.
  • 2 bake 60-65 minutes or until deep golden brown. loosen edge from side of casserole; remove from casserole. cool on wire rack about 20 minutes before slicing. serve warm.
