Low-fat Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups fat free sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 3/4 cups slivered almonds

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in a greased baking dish, combine sour cream, soup, poppy seeds, and cooked chicken.
  • 3 bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven, and sprinkle slivered almonds over top.
  • 5 continue baking for 10-15 minutes or until almonds are toasted.
