- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 4 ounces low-fat ritz crackers (about 20)
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Recipe
- 1 combine chicken, soup, sour cream, diced onion and poultry seasoning in a baking dish. crush ritz crackers and combine with poppy seeds; sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole. bake in preheated 350°f oven 15-20 minutes until heated through.
