Low-fat Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 4 ounces low-fat ritz crackers (about 20)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Recipe

  • 1 combine chicken, soup, sour cream, diced onion and poultry seasoning in a baking dish. crush ritz crackers and combine with poppy seeds; sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole. bake in preheated 350°f oven 15-20 minutes until heated through.
