Dad's Oyster Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can oysters
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (7.5 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • stir cream of mushroom soup, oysters, milk, mushrooms, butter, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer and cook until hot, about 10 minutes.
