strawberry soup iv

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup dry white
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • in a small saucepan mix and sugar, and bring to a boil. let boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. let cool.
  • puree strawberries and mixture in a blender or food processor. blend until very smooth and then stir in orange juice. chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
