Skillet Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 corn tortillas
- 3 cups cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onion in large skillet. drain fat.
- 2 stir in chilies, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and milk. bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 soften tortillas in the microwave wrapped in paper towels.
- 4 place grated cheese inside each tortilla and roll up.
- 5 place tortillas in sauce in skillet and spoon sauce over tortillas. top with any remaining cheese.
- 6 cover and heat on medium for 5 minutes.
