- 3 cups vegetable juice (v8 hot works well)
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup day old bread, cubed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Recipe
