Not Another Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 5 chicken breasts, stewed
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
• 1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, undrained
• 1/4 cup sherry wine
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1 (12 ounce) package fine ground seasoned stuffing mix

Recipe

• 1 remove chicken in large pieces and place in greased casserole.
• 2 mix sour cream, soup, mushrooms, broth, and sherry. pour over chicken.
• 3 top with stuffing. drizzle butter over all.
• 4 bake 350º - 45 minutes.
