Party Chicken Artichoke Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans artichokes, chopped (not marinaded)
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups buttered bread crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 combine soup, mayo, mustard and lemon juice in blender.
  • 2 pour over the chokes and chopped chicken which have been arranged evenly in a greased 9"x13" baking pan.
  • 3 top with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
