Simple Sweet And Salty Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a small pot.
  • 2 pour in can of drained corn.
  • 3 add salt and pepper.
  • 4 pour in milk.
  • 5 add sugar.
  • 6 cook for about 5 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
  • 7 your soup is done.
  • 8 for added goodness, place a slice of bread in the bottom of your bowl and pour soup over bread. it makes the bread soggy and delicious -- almost dough-like.
