- 7 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 5 cups kale leaves
- 1 medium potato
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat chicken broth and cream over medium heat in a large pot.
- 2 add kale, potato, salt and red pepper.
- 3 simmer for 40 minutes or until potato is cooked.
