Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 6 slices potato bread, approximately
- 1/2 cup water (soak bread in water)
- 2 eggs
- 1 dash ketchup
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 1 onion, chopped finely
Recipe
- 1 squeeze excess liquid from water soaked bread.
- 2 mix all ingredients.
- 3 shape into loaf.
- 4 cover & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 5 uncover & bake until browned, 5-10 minutes.
