Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
- 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 3/4 ounces brown gravy mix
- 2 cups carrots
Recipe
- 1 boil roast in water for 2 hours.
- 2 take roast out and trim fat off. cut roast into serving sizes. keep broth.
- 3 preheat oven 350 degrees.
- 4 in mixing bowl put soup, gravy mix and 2 cups of broth (from roast) mix until soup is dissolved.
- 5 cut carrots in thirds (make about same size as potatoes).
- 6 spray a 13x9 pan. place potatoes, carrots and roast in pan. pour soup mixture on top and cover with foil.
- 7 cook for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are done.
