Ingredients

• 3 -4 lbs boneless chuck roast
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbells cream of onion soup
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbells cream of potato soup
• 8 ounces baby carrots
• salt
• pepper
• 1/4-1/2 cup water

Recipe

• 1 put roast in casserole dish.
• 2 salt and pepper to taste.
• 3 put carrots around roast.
• 4 pour in water.
• 5 pour cream of onion soup over roast (not diluted).
• 6 pour cream of potato soup over roast (not diluted).
• 7 cover with lid or foil.
• 8 put in a 275° oven for 5 hours.
• 9 when you take the roast out of the oven, you will have the best roast with the best gravy you have ever eaten.
