Mini Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb hamburger
• 1/4 lb mild italian sausage
• 12 saltine crackers, finely crushed
• 1 1/2 tablespoons onion soup mix
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients throughly.
• 2 bake at 350f for 30-45 minutes. (internal temperature should be at least 165f.).
