Low Fat Chicken And Dumplings

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup

Recipe

  • 1 in large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat.
