Meatballs In Gravy

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 24 meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Recipe

  • 1 arrange meatballs in baking dish.
  • 2 whisk flour into milk. stir in remaining ingredients. pour over meatballs.
  • 3 bake covered for 45 minutes at 350.
  • 4 remove from oven and allow to cool. place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
  • 5 to serve; thaw and heat. serve over hot mashed potatoes or noodles.
  • 6 variation: freeze prior to baking. to serve: thaw. place in baking dish. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
