Mee Maw's Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, boiled
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 8 ounces chicken broth
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 stalk ritz cracker, crushed
• 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

• 1 1. mix cracker crumbs and melted butter.
• 2 2. line a 8 x 11 baking dish with 1/3 cracker mixture.
• 3 3. cube cooked chicken. combine with soup, broth, and sour cream. pour mixture over cracker crumbs.
• 4 4. top with reserved cracker crumbs.
• 5 5. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
