Ingredients

- 50 g butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons curry powder or 2 tablespoons curry paste
- 1 small turnip, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 85 g orange lentils
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and fry onion, stir in curry.
- 2 add rest of veg, lentils and stock.
- 3 bring to boil, cover loosely reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins.
- 4 until veg and lentils are perfectly tender.
