Poblano Chicken & Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (12 1/2 ounce) cans chicken meat packed in water
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1/8 cup onion, diced
- 1/8 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup poblano pepper, diced
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook and dice the baking potatoes.
- 2 bring the chicken stock to a boil in a large pot.
- 3 drain the canned chicken and add to the pot.
- 4 add all other ingredients except for hot sauce, let simmer for 40 minutes.
- 5 add hot sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
