Simple Turkey Soup

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed soup vegetables
- 1/2 cup uncooked barley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 dash black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine turkey tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables, barley, salt, thyme, coriander and peper in the crock pot add water to cover.
- 2 cover cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until barley and vegetables are tender.
